All employees working 20+ hours a week at Auberge are eligible for medical benefits after 90 days employment in the form of an HRA.
All employees are eligible for up to 80 hours per year of Paid Time Off, starting immediately upon hire.
All employees are eligible to enroll in our 401k plan after 6 months of employment. We offer a 5% match with no vesting schedule.
All employees working 22+ hours a week are eligible for Tuition Reimbursement Assistance after 6 months employment. We offer up to $2,000.00 per year in education cost assistance.
